Registered Nurse - Inpatient Renal Dialysis

Role Overview

Provides direct and indirect patient care, collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality, safe, and compassionate care in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act.

Key Responsibilities

• Cook and serve meals to residents
• Coordinate and delegate care, maintaining a safe, clean, and respectful environment.
• Mentor and role model for healthcare team members.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and health information technologies to enhance patient comfort, relieve pain, and reduce anxiety.
• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and core values of integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree in nursing; bachelor's preferred.
• Florida RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification.
• Availability to work two Saturdays per month and on-call; able to arrive within 30 minutes.
• Preferred: two or more years of RN experience.

Additional Requirements

• May supervise nursing assistants, practical nurses, and other healthcare support staff.
