Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care to adult patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate therapy schedules and educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and self-care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Support quality and safety initiatives to maintain high standards of care.
• Contribute to a compassionate environment focused on continuous improvement and community health.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current registered nurse licensure.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
