Registered Nurse Inpatient Post Surgical

About the role

The position involves providing holistic, high-quality nursing care in an inpatient surgical setting. The nurse will lead patient care, develop and monitor personalized care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and observe and respond to patient condition changes promptly. Additionally, the role includes managing and executing physician and nursing orders and coordinating discharge planning to ensure seamless patient transitions. The role offers full-time night shifts within a supportive, inclusive environment that emphasizes professional growth, well-being, and family support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care adhering to clinical standards and protocols.
• Initiate and adapt individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Coordinate communication among healthcare disciplines for unified care delivery.

• Manage orders and discharge processes to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
• BLS Provider certification within one month of hire (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted).
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or professional licensure at hire.
