for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them as lists or paragraphs.
We must not repeat job title. Not include ID etc.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes some like "Contact amber.guinotte@VA.Gov - the EDRP Coordinator for questions/assistanceLearn more". That's contact info; is that boilerplate? It's not exactly boilerplate but it's contact for EDRP. Might be considered application instruction? It's contact for questions. Might be considered application instruction? The instruction says remove application instructions. Contact info could be considered application instruction. Safer to remove it. Also "Learn more" etc. Remove.
Also remove "Former EDRP participants ineligible." appears twice; we can keep once.
We need to include all substantive info: EDRP eligibility, award amount up to $200,000, eligibility period one to five years, former EDRP participants ineligible, must submit application within four months of appointment.
Qualifications: English language proficiency, graduation from approved school, ACEN/CCNE, bridge program, foreign school registration, equivalency validation, current full active unrestricted registration, GNT exception, grandfathering provision.
Grade Determinations: mention dimension requirements and link.
Then list each grade/level scope education details.
Preferred Experience: 3 years experience in direct patient care.
Physical Requirements: description.
Duties: list.
Benefits: total rewards package details: Competitive salary - regular salary increases - potential for performance awards; Paid Time Off: 50 days of paid time off per year (26 days annual leave - 13 days sick leave - 11 paid Federal holidays per year); Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% contributions by VA; Insurance: Federal health/vision/dental/term life/long-term care (many federal insurance programs can be carried into retirement); Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory.

We need to decide what goes into Benefits vs Schedule. Benefits could include Pay, PTO, Retirement, Insurance, Licensure. Schedule includes Work Schedule, Telework, Virtual, Relocation/Recruitment Incentives, EDRP Authorized? Actually EDRP is incentive but maybe part of Benefits? It's a program. Could be part of Benefits. But we already have EDRP in About the role. Might duplicate. Better to keep EDRP info in About the role only. The Benefits section can include Pay, PTO, Retirement, Insurance, Licensure. The Schedule section can include Work Schedule, Telework, Virtual, Relocation/Recruitment Incentives, PCS, PCS AVO.
We must not include filler like "Not authorized" etc? That's substantive: indicates not available. It's okay.
Now we need to format.
Let's craft HTML:
