Incentives

  • $2,500 sign-on bonus
  • $4/hour shift differential for part time night shift

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
  • New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire
  • BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers)
  • Registered Nurse licensure
  • Knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs at various stages of the life cycle

Preferred qualifications

  • Membership in related professional organization
  • Previous RN experience
  • Certification in specialty

Responsibilities

  • Perform and document initial and ongoing patient/family assessments
  • Develop, communicate, and update individualized plans of care, including discharge planning
  • Provide safe, patient‑centered care that supports autonomy, dignity, and diversity
  • Recognize and respond to emergencies and take appropriate clinical action
  • Carry out physician orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Complete assigned care and documentation within required timeframes
  • Administer medications/treatments safely and perform technical skills per policy
  • Evaluate patient responses and revise the plan of care in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Supervise and delegate tasks appropriately to other team members
  • Serve as a clinical resource and support training/education of staff and students
  • Maintain current clinical knowledge and adhere to organizational and departmental standards
  • Function in relief charge/resource roles as requested
