About the role
Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for a 7N IMC/MS unit. This is a Full-Time Night Shift position.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a 16-bed IMC/MS mixed unit
- Admit and discharge patients as needed
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Experience in admission/discharge processes a plus
