Join a team of dedicated and compassionate RNs in a 25-bed, newly built, state-of-the-art Psychiatric facility in Berlin, Vermont. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of Vermont's most vulnerable populations.

Requirements

• Possession of (or eligible for) licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Vermont OR eligible to practice in the state of Vermont via a multi-state license.
• Two (2) years or more of professional nursing experience in the nursing specialty.
• Note: Must maintain Vermont licensure as a Registered Nurse OR eligible to practice in the state of Vermont via a multi-state license as a condition of employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Specialty Areas: Psychiatric, Geriatric, Pediatric/Adolescent.

Skills

• Ability to work overtime when required.

Pay

As of July 12, 2026, the step 1 rate for pay grade 23 will be $42.08.

Schedule

Duties primarily performed in a clinical setting. Work may require travel off-site. Exposure to communicable diseases, blood borne pathogens, potentially physically and verbally violent patient population and other stressful situations may occur. May be required to work evenings, nights, weekends and extended shifts as the need arises.
