Registered Nurse - ICU Nights

About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care, ensuring positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices. The role involves coordinating patient care via the nursing process and multidisciplinary collaboration under general supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care
• Develop individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status
• Prepare and administer medications and treatments
• Reconcile medical records for accuracy and compliance
• Monitor patient response and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for effective care planning
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, with preference for clinical specialty expertise
• Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
