WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for an ICU position in Buffalo, NY.
Responsibilities
- Maintain patient safety and quality of care through continuous monitoring and treatment administration.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
- Handle high-stress situations and make sound clinical decisions.
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Requirements
- Current and valid RN license in New York State.
- Minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience required.
- BSN preferred.
- Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) mandatory.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
