Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-acuity patient care and perform continuous assessments
- Administer medications and coordinate complex treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Interpret diagnostic results and respond promptly to patient status changes
- Educate patients and families about care plans
- Accurately document in the EMR and maintain infection control and safety standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of ICU protocols and healthcare standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
