Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate, high-quality direct patient care following organizational protocols.
- Managing the entire patient care process, documenting progress, executing orders, and communicating with the healthcare team.
- Cooking care across clinical disciplines to ensure seamless services and optimal outcomes.
- Facilitating discharge planning by assessing patient needs and collaborating with the team for safe transitions home.
Qualifications
- Active RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a multi-state license.
- Recent BLS certification and advanced life support within specified timeframes.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure.
