About the role

This PRN night ICU RN role in Franklin, WI involves coordinating holistic patient care, advocating for patients by customizing care plans, and monitoring progress to improve outcomes. You will serve as the central contact for clinical teams, ensuring aligned efforts and effective communication. You will lead discharge planning, empowering patients and families for successful transitions.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• RN licensure from Wisconsin or a multi-state license
• BLS within 30 days
• ACLS within 6 months
• Education must include a diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent licensure

Qualifications

• Experience in ICU setting preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
