About the role

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care that supports patient safety, comfort, and positive health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage individualized care plans, closely monitoring patient progress and adjusting care to meet changing needs.
• Communicate patient updates clearly with physicians and the care team to ensure timely decisions and seamless care delivery.
• Cookice care across disciplines, bringing together providers, therapists, and support staff to create a smooth and effective patient experience.
• Guide discharge planning, helping patients and families transition safely from hospital to home or the next level of care.

Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American RedCross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
