About the role

The Registered Nurse I/II position in our Outpatient Gastroenterology department is responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. This role requires a strong foundation in medical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers
• Participate in ongoing professional development and education

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current RN license in the state of Ohio
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience in gastroenterology or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
