Registered Nurse, House Supervisor (PRN)

Responsibilities
- Provide after-hours leadership and operational oversight to support safe, effective patient care throughout the facility
- Serve as a resource for clinical staff, assisting with problem-solving, prioritization, and escalation as needed
- Absorb and assist with patient care when indicated and help coordinate timely interventions based on patient needs
- Promote quality, patient safety, and service standards; support investigation and follow-up of after-hours issues and events per policy
- Support patient throughput and staffing coordination by partnering with department leaders and the Administrator on Call
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice (or compact state, as applicable)
- Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) required
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) required
- Prior acute care RN experience and demonstrated leadership/charge experience required
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
