How you’ll make an impact in this role
Lead and empower nursing and support teams during your shift, directing and educating staff to ensure high-quality patient care and operational success.
Coordinate daily patient care by assessing clinical needs and designing strategic staff assignments that prioritize the unique requirements of each patient.
Evaluate clinical effectiveness by continuously monitoring patient outcomes, proactively identifying roadblocks, and swiftly resolving care concerns through established team channels.
Support team growth by actively contributing to performance evaluations and providing vital input on the hiring, training, and development of frontline staff.
Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
- Education Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
