About the role
A Registered Nurse (RN) is needed in a Pediatric Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (Peds PACU) setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient conditions post-surgery
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
- Document patient care activities accurately
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Peds PACU experience within the last 3 years, including travel experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS - AHA or Red Cross)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS - AHA or Red Cross)
- Current drivers license (DL)
- Active North Carolina or Compact RN license
