About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled, compassionate nursing care to terminally ill patients in their homes, following physician prescriptions and nursing standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-of-life care
- Work autonomously in community settings
- Engage meaningfully with patients and families
- Support includes providing care during shifts, with a focus on quality and compliance
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed RN with a degree from an accredited school
- Valid Missouri license
- BLS CPR certification
- Driver's license
- Preferred experience in hospice or long-term care, especially with death, dying, and bereavement issues
Key Duties
- Work a minimum of 3 shifts per month, including holiday coverage
