We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: description paragraph about mission, etc. Could be "About the role". Then responsibilities list. Then qualifications (required and preferred). Also benefits mentioned: "We offer a wide range of benefits..." but no specifics; they say "Please visit our Benefits section to learn more." No specific benefits listed, so we should NOT create Benefits section because no specific content. Pay and Schedule not mentioned, so omit. Skills maybe not explicit; but we have "Strong interpersonal skills, Ability to collaborate with others, Strong analytic abilities" could be considered skills. Could put under Skills section. However they also list qualifications: BSN, RN license, BLS, etc. Those are qualifications. Could combine qualifications and skills? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose which to include. We have About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (required and preferred). Skills (maybe list interpersonal, collaboration, analytic). Could also include Requirements (maybe same as qualifications). But we should not duplicate. Probably include About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills. Benefits not specific, so omit. Pay/Schedule omit. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting: the introductory paragraph about Northwestern Medicine, the job description paragraph, responsibilities list (each bullet), qualifications required list, qualifications preferred note, additional information about equal opportunity, background check, AI disclosure, sign-on bonus eligibility details. Also mention "Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) acceptable with commitment to obtain a BSN..." etc. We must not include boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes an EEO statement: "Northwestern Medicine is an equal opportunity employer (disability, VETS) and does not discriminate..." That's EEO boilerplate; we should remove it. Also background check and AI disclosure maybe considered boilerplate? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Background check and AI disclosure might be considered legal boilerplate? Not sure. It says remove legal boilerplate. Background check is legal; AI disclosure also legal. So we should remove those. Also "Sign-on Bonus Eligibility (if sign-on bonus offered for position): ..." That's specific content about sign-on bonus eligibility; that is substantive? It's about eligibility criteria. It's not boilerplate; it's specific. Should we keep? It's about benefits? It's about sign-on bonus eligibility. It's not a benefit description but eligibility. Might be considered substantive. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. Sign-on bonus eligibility is specific content. Could be placed under Benefits? But we said we shouldn't create Benefits unless posting actually states them. It does mention sign-on bonus eligibility, but not actual benefit details. Might be considered part of Benefits? However we have no actual benefits like health insurance, tuition reimbursement etc mentioned earlier: they said "We pride ourselves on providing competitive benefits: from tuition reimbursement and loan forgiveness to 401(k) matching and lifecycle benefits". That is a statement of benefits but not detailed list. That is substantive? It mentions tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 401(k) matching, lifecycle benefits. Those are specific benefits. So we can include Benefits section with those items. The posting says: "We pride ourselves on providing competitive benefits: from tuition reimbursement and loan forgiveness to 401(k) matching and lifecycle benefits, our goal is to take care of our employees." That's specific enough to list those benefits. So we should include Benefits section with those items. Thus we have Benefits: tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 401(k) matching, lifecycle benefits. Also sign-on bonus eligibility details could be part of Benefits or separate? Could be under Benefits as well. But we can include sign-on bonus eligibility under Benefits as a bullet. Now we need to avoid duplicating lines. Ensure we capture all substantive info. Let's extract sections: About the role: The first paragraph(s) describing Northwestern Medicine mission, patient-first approach, integral part of team, quest for better health care, etc. Also the job description paragraph: "The Registered Nurse - HHC reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The registered professional nurse assumes accountability and responsibility for the individualized, age-specific care of a patient along the continuum from admission to discharge. She/He gives direct care to assigned patients and assists with other patient care when necessary." That could be part of About the role or separate "Job Description". But we only have headings list; we could put that under About the role as well. Responsibilities: list of many items. Qualifications: Required list: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), Strong interpersonal skills, Ability to collaborate with others, Strong analytic abilities, Maintains active driver’s license and auto insurance, Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) acceptable with commitment to obtain a BSN from an accredited program within three years of first day of employment in clinical nurse role. Preferred: Experience in specific clinical area. Skills: Could be the interpersonal, collaboration, analytic abilities; but those are already in qualifications. Might be redundant. Perhaps we treat those as Skills section separate from Qualifications (which are more formal credentials). The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Qualifications for formal credentials, Skills for soft skills. Let's split: Qualifications: BSN, IL RN license, BLS, active driver's license and auto insurance, ADN acceptable with BSN commitment. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, Ability to collaborate with others, Strong analytic abilities. Preferred: Experience in specific clinical area could be under Qualifications as preferred or maybe under Skills? We'll put under Qualifications as preferred. Benefits: tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 401(k) matching, lifecycle benefits. Also sign-on bonus eligibility details: internal employees and rehires who left within 1 year not eligible; exception: new graduate internal employees seeking first licensed clinical position may be eligible depending upon job family. We'll include that as bullet under Benefits. We must not include EEO statement, background check, AI disclosure. Also remove duplicated lines (none). Ensure we preserve all substantive info: the introductory paragraph about Northwestern Medicine, the job description paragraph, responsibilities list, qualifications required, qualifications preferred, skills, benefits, sign-on bonus eligibility. Now craft HTML. Structure:
