Registered Nurse - Hospice

Role Overview: This position involves providing comprehensive hospice care to patients and their families outside regular hours, including nights and weekends. Key Responsibilities: Conduct timely patient visits and phone calls, ensuring quality care. Communicate and coordinate with healthcare providers such as hospitals, nursing facilities, inpatient units, and post-death services like funeral homes and coroner's offices.
