We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings using

for each section heading: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes Position Summary (maybe About the role). Essential Job Functions (Responsibilities). Professional Qualifications (Qualifications). Physical Qualifications (maybe Skills? Actually physical qualifications could be part of Requirements). There's no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not include those sections. Also we should not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive info. Use

for prose,

  • for lists. We need to decide sections: About the role (position summary). Responsibilities (essential job functions). Requirements (maybe professional qualifications + physical qualifications? Could separate into Qualifications and Skills? The instruction says use headings for section headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include Requirements and Qualifications separately if content fits. Professional Qualifications could go under Qualifications. Physical Qualifications could go under Requirements or Skills? Physical abilities maybe under Requirements. Let's map: - About the role: Position Summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions list (many bullet points). We'll put each as
  • . - Requirements: Must hold current RN license in KY, minimum 2 years clinical experience, familiarity with computers, commitment to mission, meet legal/regulatory requirements. Also physical qualifications: ability to operate motor vehicle, remain stationary, move throughout home, communicate verbally, lift weights, etc. Could be under Requirements as well. - Qualifications: maybe we could separate professional vs physical but instruction only gives those headings; we can put professional qualifications under Qualifications and physical under Requirements. Or we could combine. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's create:

    About the role

    with position summary paragraph.

    Responsibilities

with ul of essential job functions.

    Requirements

with ul of professional qualifications (license, experience, computer familiarity, commitment, regulatory compliance) plus physical qualifications (driving, stationary, moving, communication, lifting, PPE, equipment use). Could be separate lists but we can combine. We should not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule as no info. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive info: include details like Medicare guidelines, hospice-level nursing care, weekly routine visits, face-to-face prn visit, pain/symptom management, specific tasks (vital signs, catheter care, wound staging, respiratory care, enteral feedings, IVs, central venous access devices, PCA-CADD pump, INR monitoring), medication administration, tracking effectiveness, documentation upon death/discharge, completing clinical documentation, obtaining physician orders, instructing patient/caregiver, communicating effectively, participating in IDT meetings, providing leadership to LPNs and HCAs, checking emails, adhering to dress code, conduct, confidentiality, essential team values, on-call rotation, other duties as assigned. Also professional qualifications: current RN license KY, minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience preferably hospice, med/surg, hospital, oncology, geriatric, computer familiarity, commitment to mission, meet legal/regulatory requirements including Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation and JCAHO. Physical qualifications: operate motor vehicle, remain stationary for documentation, frequently move throughout home, communicate verbally/email/writing, lift 50 lbs push/pull 50 lbs 7-10 times per day (nursing home) OR lift 65 lbs push/pull 75 lbs 7-10 times per day (home care). Must be able to frequently move patients of varying sizes independently or with assistance. Must wear appropriate PPE when risk for exposure. Must be able to use appropriate medical equipment/devices. Must be able to operate computer and basic office equipment. We need to capture both nursing home and home care physical qualifications; we can note both. Now format. We'll output:

We have not included Qualifications separate; but we could rename Requirements to Qualifications? The instruction list includes both Requirements and Qualifications. We could put professional qualifications under Qualifications and physical under Requirements. But we already put all under Requirements. Might be okay as long as we have a section with real content. However we should follow the instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't say we must use all; we can choose which to include. It's okay to have only Requirements and not Qualifications. But we might want to split to have both sections with content. Let's try: Qualifications: professional qualifications (license, experience, computer familiarity, commitment, regulatory compliance). Requirements: physical qualifications (driving, stationary, moving, communication, lifting, PPE, equipment use). That seems logical. Thus:

    Qualifications

      ... professional qualifications ...

    Requirements

      ... physical qualifications ...
We'll keep Responsibilities and About the role. Now ensure we don't duplicate content. Let's extract professional qualifications: - Must hold a current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kentucky. - Must have a minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in hospice, a medical/surgical setting, a hospital, an oncology unit or a geriatric facility. - Must be familiar with the use of computers including internet navigation and email use. - Must demonstrate commitment to the St. Anthony’s mission-centered concept of care. - Must meet all legal and regulatory requirements of both Federal and State governments as well as Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation and JCAHO. Physical qualifications: - Must be able to operate a motor vehicle to drive to and from patient homes or other assigned St. Anthony’s worksites. - Must be able to remain in a stationary position to complete patient documentation. - Must be able to frequently move throughout the patient’s home to attend to the needs of the patient and caregiver. - Must be able to communicate verbally, via email or in writing with patients, caregivers, visitors,
