Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Field Educator — Home Health A Rare Opportunity to Shape the Next Generation of Home Health Nurses. BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Full-Time RN Clinical Field Educator to lead the training and development of newly hired RNs and LPNs — while continuing to make a hands-on difference with a small caseload of your own patients. Responsibilities

• Precept newly hired RNs and LPNs, providing one-on-one clinical training during home visits and serve as their mentor through their first year.
• Monitor and manage progression of orientation, identify and address areas of opportunity.
• Provide 1:1 mentoring, support, and meaningful feedback — in person or via ZOOM — to new and tenured field clinicians.
• Assist in developing and mentoring new preceptors, with ongoing assessment of preceptor effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the RN Clinical Manager and Clinical Educator to ensure ongoing staff competencies.
• Assist the Director of Clinical Education (DCE) with education classes as requested.
