About the role
AdvisaCare is seeking a Full time Home Health Clinical Manager to join their teams in East Lansing, MI.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the education and onboarding/training of clinical field staff
- Supervise clinical staff shifts and visits
- Travel within the AdvisaCare service area weekly as required
Requirements
- Current Michigan Registered Nurse License
- TB test, CPR certification
- Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
- Positive attitude, highly organized, able to multitask, detail-oriented, and possess strong critical thinking skills
- Reliable transportation, Michigan Driver’s License, and auto insurance
- Home health care experience preferred but not required
Qualifications
Self-motivated, well organized, driven, with strong effective communication skills.
