We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes introductory paragraph about Northwestern Medicine, mission, etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About Northwestern Medicine". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to extract substantive content: The posting includes: - Intro paragraph: "At Northwestern Medicine, every patient interaction makes a difference in cultivating a positive workplace. This patient-first approach is what sets us apart as a leader in the healthcare industry. As an integral part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to join our quest for better health care, no matter where you work within the Northwestern Medicine system. We pride ourselves on providing competitive benefits: from tuition reimbursement and loan forgiveness to 401(k) matching and lifecycle benefits, our goal is to take care of our employees. Ready to join our quest for better?" This is about the organization and benefits mention. Could be "About the role" or "About Northwestern Medicine". Since they mention benefits in intro, but later there is a Benefits section with details. We'll keep intro as maybe "About the role" or "Overview". Use heading "About the role". Provide paragraph. - Job Description paragraph: "The Registered Nurse - HHC reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The registered professional nurse assumes accountability and responsibility for the individualized, age-specific care of a patient along the continuum from admission to discharge. She/He gives direct care to assigned patients and assists with other patient care when necessary." This is prose; could be part of About the role or separate "Job Description". But we can include in About the role or maybe "Overview". However we have to avoid thin sections. Could combine intro and job description into one "About the role" section. - Responsibilities: list of many bullet points. Use

    • for each. - Qualifications Required: list of items (some bullet). Also Preferred: Experience in specific clinical area. Could be under "Qualifications" heading. - Additional Information: includes EEO statement (should be removed as boilerplate), Background Check (maybe keep? It's legal/boilerplate? It's about background check process; might be considered boilerplate but it's specific to NM. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Background check might be considered legal but not necessarily boilerplate; but it's a standard statement. Might be considered boilerplate; safer to drop it. Also Artificial Intelligence Disclosure (maybe boilerplate). We'll drop those. - Benefits section: "We offer a wide range of benefits that provide employees with tools and resources to improve their physical, emotional, and financial well-being while providing protection for unexpected life events. Click on or copy and paste URL to your browser to view detailed benefits information NorthwesternMedicine Career Page https://jobs.nm.org/benefits Please refer to the Benefits Eligibility by Employment Classification to determine benefits eligibility for job postings. If sign-on bonus is included in a job posting eligibility is as followed: Internal employees and rehires who left Northwestern Medicine within 1 year are not eligible for the sign-on bonus. Exception: New graduate internal employees seeking their first licensed clinical position as a Registered Nurse at NM may be eligible." We need to decide if Benefits section should be included. The posting does mention benefits in intro and then a Benefits paragraph with some detail (though not enumerated list). It mentions tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 401(k) matching, lifecycle benefits earlier. Also mentions sign-on bonus eligibility details. So we have substantive content about benefits. We'll include a Benefits section with
      • for each benefit mentioned: tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 401(k) matching, lifecycle benefits, sign-on bonus eligibility details (maybe as separate items). Also mention that detailed benefits info can be found at URL. We should not include Pay or Schedule sections because not mentioned. We need to avoid duplication: The intro already mentioned benefits; we can still include Benefits section but ensure not duplicate same sentences? We can keep both but maybe combine. However instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the intro paragraph as is (maybe under About the role). Then Benefits section can list the benefits mentioned elsewhere (including tuition reimbursement etc.) plus the sign-on bonus eligibility details and link. We must not include boilerplate like "Click on or copy and paste URL to your browser to view detailed benefits information" maybe we keep as part of Benefits section as a paragraph with link. We need to format as HTML fragment: use

        for each section heading, then

        for prose,

        • for lists. Let's structure:

We need to ensure no duplicate content: The intro already mentioned tuition reimbursement etc. It's okay to repeat? Might be considered duplication but instruction says remove duplicated lines. The intro mentions those benefits; the Benefits section repeats them as list items. That could be considered duplication. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we could keep the intro paragraph as is and not repeat the list; but then we would lose the explicit list of benefits. However we could keep the intro paragraph and then Benefits section could just mention the link and sign-on bonus eligibility details, not repeat the list. But we need to preserve the info about tuition reimbursement etc. It's already in intro; we could keep it there and not repeat. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Duplicated lines: if we repeat the same benefit items, that's duplication. So better to not repeat them. Keep the intro paragraph that mentions those benefits, and Benefits section can include the link and sign-on bonus eligibility details (which are not in intro). However the intro also mentions "We pride ourselves on providing competitive benefits: from tuition reimbursement and loan forgiveness to 401(k) matching and lifecycle benefits, our goal is to take care of our employees." That's a sentence. The Benefits section could elaborate on sign-on bonus eligibility and point to details. That would avoid duplication. Thus adjust Benefits section:
