Registered Nurse Home Health

Vertus HealthCare, a Medicare Certified home health agency, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Per Diem team in Boynton Beach, Florida. About the Role

As a Per Diem Registered Nurse, you will deliver skilled nursing care, assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and infection control
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and home health aides
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication instructions, and self-care techniques
• Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
