A Day in the Role
As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will:
- Complete patient assessments and manage an assigned caseload
- Develop and update individualized Plans of Care
- Provide skilled nursing treatments and medication education
- Monitor and communicate changes in patient condition
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other providers
- Help reduce avoidable hospitalizations
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Who Are You?
- Current, unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts
- One year of experience in a clinical setting
- Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and current insurance
- Ability to travel throughout your assigned territory
- Be able to work independently while being a part of a collaborative team
- Sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently and be able to lift 50–100 lbs.
