About the role

At BAYADA you’ll be part of a people‑first, care‑driven community, providing 1:1 home care nursing to local clients in North Carolina. The position offers flexible scheduling, personalized training, a supportive culture, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Requirements

• Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of North Carolina.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Pay

$28–$33 per hour in North Carolina (depending on commitment and shift). Weekly paychecks.

Schedule

• Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN (minimum commitment of 24 hours/month).
• Flexible schedule: days, afternoons, evenings, and nights.
• Shift lengths of 8‑hour, 10‑hour, or 12‑hour.
• No weekend requirement.
