Registered Nurse / Graduate Nurse - NICU

About the Role

Full-time night shift position for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Graduate Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized, evidence-based care to critically ill and premature newborns.
• Monitor vital signs, ventilators, and IV therapies.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and NICU team members to develop and execute individualized care plans.
• Educate and support families of patients.
• Document thoroughly in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives.
