About the role
Inpatient Registered Nurse providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, perform, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs, promoting safety and satisfaction.
- Complete assessments within scope of practice, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
- Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures according to policies.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to resolve patient needs proactively.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence‑based practice decision‑making.
- Contribute to quality improvement, safety initiatives, and team goals, with accountability for unit metrics.
