This position is for a Registered Nurse in a Medical-Surgical setting, offering flexible, incentivized shifts within a GIG Nursing Program.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care
- Self-schedule shifts
- Maintain flexibility for short-notice staffing needs
- Adapt to potential shift cancellations
- Ensure compliance with licensure and certification requirements
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state or a compact state
- At least one year of recent bedside RN experience in Med-Surg within the last 3 years
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Skills & Experience
- BSN degree
- Epic EMR experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Perform patient care duties involving reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting
