About the role
The RN Clinical Nurse – Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within an interdisciplinary team, following evidence-based practices and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Conducts the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation)
- Partners with patients and families, ensuring culturally competent, relationship-based care
- Coordinates and documents care delivery
- Promotes teamwork
- Participates in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practices
- Supports resource management and develops protocols to improve patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of direct patient care
- Accredited nursing diploma
- Required licensure and certifications: RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- BSN preferred
