Registered Nurse - Full Time - Progressive Care Unit

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse – Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within an interdisciplinary team, following evidence-based practices and professional standards. Responsibilities: Conducts the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation), partners with patients and families, and ensures culturally competent, relationship-based care. Coordinates and documents care delivery, promotes teamwork, and participates in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practices. Supports resource management and develops protocols to improve patient outcomes. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of direct patient care, an accredited nursing diploma, and required licensure and certifications including RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS. BSN preferred. Skills: Critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and commitment to professional development. Demonstrates adherence to ethical, legal, and safety standards, and actively participates in shared governance and research initiatives.
