Registered Nurse, Full-Time On-Call Runner

About the role

BAYADA at Inspira is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an on-call position, providing emergency overnight hospice visits as needed. This role supports clients on a per-visit basis throughout Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland counties.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories after business hours and on weekends
• Perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up on and properly document physicians’ orders
• Perform client assessments as needed

Qualifications

• Current RN license in New Jersey
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required
• Solid computer skills; experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
• Ability to travel to assigned cases

Pay

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $42-47 per hour

Schedule

Enjoy a unique rotating schedule—on-call from 5:00 PM to 8:30 AM, one week on and one week off.
