Registered Nurse - Full Time - Nights - Medical/Surgical
About the Role
Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process within a framework that emphasizes accountability, confidentiality, and collaboration. Responsible for evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with departments, and maintaining patient rights.
Assesses, plans, implements, and documents individualized care, including patient education and goals. Performs effective handoffs, communicates with the multidisciplinary team, and facilitates patient safety and communication tools.
Participates in process improvement, completes required competencies, and applies evidence-based practices. Delegates tasks appropriately, guides unlicensed staff, and participates in professional development activities.
Performs patient rounds, interprets diagnostic data, and may take call or shifts as needed.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Nursing degree (ASN, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license
- Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Must meet physical requirements including lifting, standing, and mobility
- Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills
- Adherence to organizational policies
