Registered Nurse - Full-Time Nights

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers individualized resident care by utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. They collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans, ensuring all care meets age and population-specific standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate resident care, conduct assessments, and provide education.Serve as charge nurse, delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.Maintain compliance with nursing standards, legal, and ethical guidelines, including the Nurse Practice Act.Participate in preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment activities. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.Maintain required competencies and certifications.
