About the Role
Provide professional and technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). Emphasis on teamwork, engagement, and initiative to enhance patient care.
Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and build collaborative relationships with patients, team members, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure accountability and seek continuous improvement in patient experience.
- Promote professional growth and supervise team members.
- Deliver age-appropriate care according to established standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility for licensure.
- At least 1 year of NICU RN experience.
Schedule
Night shifts (12-hour shifts, 3 days per week), with weekend and holiday shifts as needed.
