Registered Nurse - Full Time - Night Shift - Critical Care

Responsibilities

• Provide highly professional and technical nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Supervise and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver age-appropriate care aligned with unit standards
• Communicate clearly and build collaborative relationships
• Take accountability for performance and seek continuous improvement in patient experience
• Engage in professional growth and contribute to a cohesive team environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
• Current Basic Life Support certification and relevant additional certifications
• Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum of 2 years of Critical Care or ER RN experience
