Registered Nurse - Full-Time - Night Shift - Critical Care

Role Overview: A registered nurse provides specialized and technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Key Responsibilities Directs and supervises assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver age/developmentally appropriate care according to unit standards.Maintains clear and open communication, builds collaborative relationships, and promotes a positive patient experience.Assumes accountability for performance and demonstrates initiative for professional growth.Engages actively in team development and quality improvement efforts. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one.Minimum of two years of RN experience, with critical care and ER experience strongly preferred.
