About the role
Full-time RN for an Intermediate ICU, primarily working night shifts (7p-7a).
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care through the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, support performance improvement initiatives, and serve as a preceptor or mentor to colleagues and students.
- Develop and follow protocols, participate in research activities, and advocate for culturally competent care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Hold a current RN license (multi-state preferred), with certifications in BLS and ACLS.
- Preferably hold a BSN degree.
- Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, emergency situations.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Commitment to professional development.
