Registered Nurse - Full Time Night

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical III Unit on a full-time basis, providing safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care. Assist in assessing psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and cultural needs of patients and families.Develop and implement personalized care plans utilizing nursing expertise, addressing diagnosis and co-morbidities.Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Formulate goals, treatment, and discharge plans tailored to individual patient needs. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.Current Nevada nursing license.Valid BLS certification.Preferably, one year of full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting. Skills & Attributes Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver patient-centered care.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to build rapport with patients and families.
