Registered Nurse - Full-Time Flex

About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering individualized nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. They collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate care plans, ensuring resident health maintenance, preventative care, diagnosis, and treatment. The RN may serve as a charge nurse, delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensure safe, reliable resident care within the scope of nursing practice and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care, assess needs, educate residents, and perform nursing interventions.
• Act as charge nurse and delegate tasks appropriately, ensuring quality and safety in resident care delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license; multistate licensure if applicable.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required competencies and certifications.
• Knowledge of nursing standards, ethical conduct, and resident-centered care.
