Registered Nurse - Full-Time - Emergency Department

Role Overview: Join the W.E.S.T. Float Pool as an Emergency Room Nurse, providing expert, compassionate care across multiple healthcare facilities. This dynamic role involves assessing, triaging, administering treatments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, responding to critical situations, and educating patients and families. You will ensure accurate documentation aligned with standards. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care in fast-paced ED environments.Administer medications and treatments safely.Coordinate with physicians and teams to develop and execute care plans.Respond swiftly to emergencies and codes.Educate patients and families on care and discharge procedures.Maintain precise documentation per organizational standards. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2+ years recent ED RN experience.Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).Active RN license (Georgia or Compact).Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS; TNCC or ATCN preferred.Strong critical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
