Registered Nurse - Full Time Days and Nights

About the role

The Registered Professional Nurse provides comprehensive patient care by assessing health alterations, responding to actual and potential health issues, and implementing nursing interventions based on scientific and theoretical knowledge. They collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to plan, deliver, and evaluate care, ensuring optimal outcomes. The nurse supervises and delegates tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses and Unlicensed Assistive Personnel, coordinating multidisciplinary efforts to support patient recovery. Additionally, they contribute to a positive work environment and uphold the organization’s standards of excellence in autonomous, patient-centered care focused on advocacy and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills

• BSN preferred; all nurses hired after April 30, 2014, must obtain a BSN within three years
• Professional nursing board certification preferred; required for certain hires within specified timeframes
• Current RN license in the state of Florida
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
