Role Overview Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with mission, values, and standards. Key Responsibilities Provide care to a diverse patient population in a MedSurg setting, including medical, renal, and oncology patients. Collaborate with a support team of educators, PCA/PCTs, case managers, therapists, dietitians, and more. Opportunity to obtain certifications in peritoneal dialysis and chemotherapy. Contribute to patient recovery and preparation for interventions.
