Registered Nurse - Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in an acute care setting. The role requires flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on patient-centered care that considers cultural, emotional, and physical needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care aligned with ANA standards
• Accurately document patient information
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members
• Provide comprehensive nursing care based on established standards
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation
• Adapt care to meet diverse patient needs
• Ensure effective communication during shift handovers
• Demonstrate flexibility to address unit demands

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Montana or multi-state nursing license
• Current BLS certification and CEUs
• Specialty certifications such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NRP are recommended and may be obtained post-hire
• Previous nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications if needed

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, with shift differentials for night and weekend shifts, and additional premiums for BSN and specific certifications. Support is available to secure permanent roles, all at no cost to the nurse.
