About the role
Registered Nurse responsible for providing resident-centered clinical care in a long-term and post-acute setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and medical treatments.
- Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team.
- Educate residents and families about health and wellness.
- Support residents’ dignity and promote recovery.
- Mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current valid RN license.
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and resident advocacy.
- Ability to mentor and collaborate with staff.
