Registered Nurse - Full Time

Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized care.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.Providing care across all phases—preventive, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Planning and coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions.Practicing within the scope of nursing standards, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines. Qualifications And Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.Current, unencumbered RN license; multistate licensure if applicable.At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.Ability to work in locations at least 60 miles from residence.Competency in department-specific skills and certifications.
