About the role
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a travel staffing team, providing care across various healthcare settings.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver individualized patient care.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Providing care in all phases, including preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Managing patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within the full scope of practice.
- Ensuring care adherence to state licensure standards, the Nurse Practice Act, and professional ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if in NLC state.
- At least one year of nursing experience, including six months of travel nursing experience.
- Residency at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
- Required competencies and certifications maintained as per departmental standards.
