Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact on patient care across diverse communities.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized care.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate and evaluate patient treatment plans.
- Providing care across all phases, including preventive, health maintenance, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up services.
- Managing patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within the scope of practice.
- Provide compassionate, standards-based nursing care adhering to professional ethics and regulations.
- Coordinate care plans, educate patients, and perform triage effectively.
- Maintain required competencies and certifications to ensure quality care delivery.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current, unencumbered RN license and multistate licensure if applicable.
- At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
- Ability to work in rotating 12-hour shifts, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
