Registered Nurse - Full Time

Responsibilities Include Providing individualized patient care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to plan and evaluate patient care.Delivering care across all phases—preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Coordinating care, conducting patient assessments, education, triage, and executing various nursing interventions.Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to licensure and state regulations. Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure.At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.Residing at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.Ability to obtain and maintain required competencies and certifications.
