Registered Nurse - Full Time

About the role

Join a healthcare team as an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) providing personalized patient care across various phases, including prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals
• Coordinating care
• Conducting patient assessments
• Providing education
• Performing triage and interventions within the full scope of nursing practice

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, with a preference for a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Current unencumbered RN license or multistate licensure
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience
• Residence at least 60 miles from the assigned facility
• Meeting competency and certification requirements
• Employment contingent upon drug screening and background checks
